The MultiCultural Development Center (MCDC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides outreach services for the Southern Dallas County Community.  Our services include mentoring, training and tutoring for youth; seminars and workshops for parents, and the R.E.A.D.Y (Real, Education, Assessment, Developing You) For Work Program that provides workshops for career assessment, resume writing, job interviewing skills, and effective communication skills.  In addition, we conduct career counseling and sponsor job health fairs.

Your assistance is needed in any or all of the following ways by providing your Time, Talents or Treasure

Time – we can always use volunteers to help.  Each August we conduct our annual “Back to School Fair” when we can use help sorting and putting together hundreds of bags of needed school supplies so that children in our community have the supplies they need to be successful in class. If you wish to volunteer click on the "contact us" tab and let us know that you want to help.

Talents – Do you have the knack to teach, are you a business professional that can help prepare people for the workforce, or do you impeccable administrative skills and can help us with filing, typing, and copying. If you have talents to share click on the "contact us" tab and let us know how you can help.

Treasure – We know that life is very busy and you may not be able to give your time or share your talents.  If that’s the case we can always use your financial support.  No amount is too small and your donation will go far to help us serve the community.  Please take the moment to click the “donate” button below and help us with your generous gift.

Thank you for your support,
